VMG (www.vmgt.com ) is currently recruiting for an Industrial Division Account Executive in the Tampa market for one of our largest clients. This Company has expanded their products to include complete system solutions. With over $2 billion in revenue for 2008, this company offers the stability and growing product demand for experienced sales professionals to thrive.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide sales and marketing services to current territory customers
· Expanding customer base by prospecting new customers and opportunities
· Indentify opportunities and building relationships with end users, consultants, and distributors
· Responsible for exceeding quota of established amount ($8.5 M)
· Maintain strong working knowledge of Company products-Industrial Division (copper cable, fiber optics, connectivity and wireless products)
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelors degree from an accredited University
· 3+ years of previous documented sales success
· Experience in selling active devices for Industrial Automation and Control
· Success in selling within vertical markets such as industrial process, manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, transportation and utility preferred
· Previous experience in wire and cable industry preferred
